There’s not much to remind you of this week. The menu hasn’t changed and it’s been fairly quiet around here. But we ARE beginning to get ready for some upcoming fun. Kevin, of course, has his weekly wine tasting coming up, an ode to Malbec, but other than that, it’s mostly just time for you to come in and start investigating some of the new dishes on the October menu.
For those of you who plan ahead, there’s a wine dinner on the horizon with Yohannah Burmeister of Winebow, who not only sports a fun moniker but will have five gorgeous wines from France with her. We, of course, will make five dishes that we think bring out what we love about the wines. The menu is here.
For those of you who plan ahead more than I do, and I dare say that’s quite a number of you, you’ll find a few more things popping up in your mailbox in the near future, namely, a Thanksgiving menu, and a menu for the wine dinner that’s hot on the heels of the Winebow dinner: dinner with Drew Voit of Harper-Voit on November 19th. There’ll be a November menu tossed in with all that somewhere as well. But come visit us. We’d love to see you.
