Hello, Feastlings,
Our end-of-month tasting this Saturday focuses on two varietals that everyone knows pretty well: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. But like any varietal, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, while they have identifiable characteristics, are reflections of their birthplaces. This Saturday, June 27th, we’ll taste the wines from two very disparate appellations (each,) so we can taste what the soil and the climate bring to the equation, and since it’s the last Saturday of the month, we’ll pour bigger pours and make little snacks to go along with each wine. Our friend Rob will be here with four delicious wines and a world of information about the vineyards and the wineries and the places they inhabit. The tasting costs $55 plus tax and gratuity.
If you’d like to join us, please give us a ring at (520) 326-9363 and tell us how many of you will be arriving at 2:00 when the tasting begins. We’d love to have you.
