Get savvy about Sauvignon Blanc

Hello, Feastlings.

As those of you who’ve remained in Tucson are acutely aware, it’s HOT.  Unpleasantly so.  In an effort to make this overly warm season a bit more tolerable, then, we’ve opted this week to pour something clean, crisp, chilly and refreshing: Sauvignon Blanc.  There’s many an iteration of this wine, and each place has an unmistakable taste all its own.   The best way to start learning to identify those markers is, we think, to taste them side by side, so we’ll be readying samples this Thursday, in hopes you can join us on Zoom and taste along with us and our panel of experts.  It’s only $15 plus tax and tip, and it promises to be fun and cooling.  Give us a call at 326-9363 and we’ll get some samples going for you.

The tasting begins on zoom at 2:00 pm on Saturday, june 5.  The Zoom meeting number for the tasting is 811 2804 1721, and the passcode is 646372.
