Dear Feastlings,
I know that some of you reading this were tuned into the Zoom wine tasting yesterday, and to that handful of you, I apologize for the technical difficulties that came with it. That special mixture of having an extra computer on the network, various towers around town in and out as a result of spotty storms around the neighborhood made for a bumpy day, at least from out perspective. Today’s tasting should go a bit more smoothly, as there’ll be one computer on our end rather than three, and I’ll be ensconced in the back of the kitchen, close to the office and therefore to the WiFi router. Fingers crossed.
We’re at the moment where we’ve tentatively sold out the tasting, but this Tucson, where we’re not renowned for our reliability, and someone is likely to cancel this morning, so if you’d like to join us, it may still be worth a phone call to see if there’s still a tasting or two up for grabs. It’s Pinot in a variety of interpretations today, and the tasting, you may or may not recall, looks like this:
