Meanwhile, we’re still continuing on our cryovac marathon, offering up vacuum-packed meals for you to enjoy with minimal work and minimal cleanup, but with maximum flavor. If you scroll down the menu toward the bottom of the page, you’ll see those meals, as well as our other specials for today, our breads and pastries, and the like.
The website appears a bit sluggish, but at least it’s operational today, which beats the tar out of Thursday afternoon, when I was ready to embed a telephone receiver in a wall, or a customer service representative ( the most grave misnomer I’ve experienced in months.) In any case, we do look forward to seeing you, whether you’re on the screen today or tomorrow, or you’re stocking your freezer with crawfish etouffee, picking up a bottle of wine, dropping off a check to help feed the guests of Casas Alitas,
