Dear Feastlings,
You may or may not agree with me, but looking back at the week, I’d call it a rough one. And while I don’t prescribe wine as the curative for everyone, today’s wine tasting will at the very least be a moment where we can focus on something that’s neither the political landscape nor our position as the place with the highest Covid infection rate in the world.
So today, I am indeed prescribing attendance at the Zoom wine tasting. Here’s what we’re tasting:
and here’s how to log into it:

You still have time to grab samples, and a little something from the menu as well, if you’d like, and we’d love to see you on the screen. Meanwhile, lay low, take care of yourselves, and of a loved one or two, and for that matter, of a total stranger. And if you’re a really amazing person, take care of someone you dread. If this isn’t a time you feel we all need to suck it up and be kind to each other, well, you and I are living in very different places. So that’s my other prescription: be good to someone today.
Love,
Doug
