Dry wit and dry whites

Dear Feastlings,

We’ve all been living the high-on-the-hog lifestyle during the holidays- big, hearty reds and rich, opulent whites- and while there are those brave souls attempting a Dry January in the midst of a pandemic, there are those of us content to rein it in merely by leaning toward some clean, dry white wines.  This Saturday we’ll try four of them, each from a different country.  The virtual tasting begins at 2:00 on Saturday, January 9, and you’re welcome to reserve some sample pours by calling us at 326-9363.  It’s only $12.50 plus tax and tip, a worthy investment if only to be introduced to some of these exceptional producers.  We hope you can make it.

The tasting begins at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 9, and the zoom meeting number is 817 3152 5429.  the passcode is 690958.
