Mainly Spain

Dear Feastlings,

With Las Hogueras de San Juan only three weeks away, we thought it right to get your palates limbered up with a smattering of Spanish wines this Saturday.  As such, our friend Emily, not to be confused with Emilie, will be joining us on Saturday, June 6th with four Spanish treats- a bracing and bright Txakolina; a ripe and plump Rueda Blanca; a hearty, savory Rioja; and a juicy, balanced Priorat.  For $20, plus tax and tip, you can join us- just reserve a seat by calling us at (520) 326-9363, and then show up on Saturday the 6th at 2:00, ready to taste your way through some Spanish wines that are sure to ready you for our tribute to Iberian food and wine on June 24th.  That menu will be posted shortly, but know that Spanish and Portuguese wines will all be poured at their retail price, with our built-in corkage fee waived.

In the meantime, wet your whistle with something Spanish this Saturday.
