Our ship’s come in

Dear Feastlings,

We in the business of wine can end up jaded after a spell.  I’m embarrassed to admit that I’ll look at the assortment of nine hundred or a thousand wines and think to myself, “I wish there were something new and fresh to try.”  The thing that invariably makes us prick up our ears and starts a little Pavolvian drool, though, after months of hearing, “it’s on the water,” or “I think those will be released in the fall,” is the news that a new container has arrived.  We’re rubbing our hands together in anticipation of fresh new things that have only just been released, and this Saturday, April 25th, our friend Jennifer returns with four special treats that we haven’t seen before, at least not this new vintage.

It’s the end-of-the-month tasting, so as per usual, we’ll be stepping up the quality of the wines, pouring twice as much, and making food to go with each wine as well.  If you’d like to join us, you can make a reservation in the usual way: give us a jingle at (520) 326-9363, let us know how many seats to save, and then show up on the 25th at 2:00 pm , ready to taste both liquids and solids.  It’s $55 plus tax and tip, and worth every penny, in my humble estimation.  See you there.  And then.

our ship’s come in.
