Bastille Day Specials
We’ll be honoring our friends across the pond on Thursday the 14th, Bastille Day, with French specials, and all French wine will be offered without its customary built-in corkage. Come join us; we’ll fill up, so reservations are a good idea. Call us at (520) 326-9363.
Tartare de filet de boeuf~ hand-minced raw beef tenderloin with capers, shallot and parsley. Served with toast points, Dijon mustard and cornichons. ◊ 16
Sole á la Meuniere~ Dover sole, dusted in flour and sautéed. Served with a lemon, wine and butter sauce, rice pilaf and haricots verts. 29
Cassoulet~ traditional southern French ragout of white beans, sausage and duck confit. Garnished with breadcrumbs and served with haricots verts. ◊ 27
Bouillabaisse~ classic tomato-saffron soup with mussels, shrimp, scallops, half a Maine lobster and sea bass. Garnished with toast points and rouille. ◊ 36
Paris Brest~ Choux pastry ring topped with almonds and filled with hazelnut praline cream. 10
