This hardly warrants a page of its own, but it’s a good placeholder for those of you who check here on the website before calling to ask: no, we don’t do a whole menu for Fat Tuesday, but yes, we do make copious amounts of crawfish étouffée. So there you have it. We’ll have it hot and ready to eat for your Mardi Gras needs, and we’ll have some packaged in cryovac for those of you who like to squirrel some away. It’s $23, it’s served with rice, it’s not gluten free, and by all reports, it’s delicious. It freezes pretty well, too, if you’re so inclined. Happy Fat Tuesday.
