Little by little

Dear Feastlings,

While Petite Sirah is not “little Syrah,” the Petit(e) question is interesting- there are both petit reds and whites, and there’s a Petit Manseng as well as a Gros Manseng, but particularly interesting are the wines themselves- there’s not much produced of any of them as anything other than a blending varietal, so we thought it would be fun to give you the opportunity to taste them as a predominant varietal.  This Saturday, October 10, you’ll have the opportunity to taste two Petits whites and two Petits reds, and learn a little something about them all.  The tasting begins at 2:00 pm, it costs $12.50 plus tax and tip, and we’ll have speakers from all over the place.  If you’d like to join us, we’ll start pouring samples late on Thursday and continue as long as people keep ordering them, all the way up to 2:00 on Saturday.  You can order your samples at 326-9363.

You can find the tasting order and price sheet here.

The zoom meeting number for the tasting is 822 0342 7923, and the passcode is 535413.
