Hello, Feastlings.
The monsoons are certainly a welcome change from the preceding two months, but that humidity makes us simple desert folk crave something clean and crisp and fresh to clean our palates and our attitudes. This week Kevin pulls the corks on a handful of whites that will cut through rich food as well as that humidity that hangs over us until the temperature pushes it into monsoon territory. The tasting is $12.50 plus tax and tip, as usual, and you’ll need a reservation, as usual. Web and email won’t work to hold you a seat, however, so you’ll need to call us at 326-9363 to demand your seat at the table. Snacks and repartée will be served, this Saturday, July 27, at 2:00 pm.
