Dear Feastlings,
Oftener than not, a guest will walk into Feast and say something along the lines of, “I’ll have a glass of Chardonnay,” or “Could I just have a Pinot, please?” And there’s nothing remotely wrong with liking a varietal you’ve sampled a thousand times before. But this Saturday we’ll be opening up four wines you likely didn’t drink yesterday, or even last week, unless of course you’ve been to Feast, where we try to offer up some interesting stuff for you to taste by the glass. This week’s tasting focuses on off-the-beaten-path varietals. The tasting is on March 16 at 2:00 pm, and reservations are a must, though they can’t be had by web or email. So if you’d like to join us, consider giving us a call at 326-9363 and one of the kind people of Feast will hold a seat for you. It’s $12.50 plus tax and tip, a small price to pay for variety and excitement.
