Dear, dear Feastlings,
Many of you are aware of Kevin’s fondness for wordplay, and of his even greater fondness of making me wince in pain at his wordplay. Today he triumphs by naming this Saturday’s tasting:
“Red, White and Rosé can you see,” a tragically misguided attempt at blending a wine tasting with patriotism. Fortunately, the wines, unlike Kevin’s wordplay, are good. The tasting is, as usual, only $10 plus tax and tip, and it begins at 2:00, this Saturday, July first. Come treat yourself to some fun summer wines, patio-friendly if you dare step outside, HVAC-friendly if you daren’t. You’ll need to make a reservation by calling us at 326-9363, as web and email reservations never guarantee you a seat, but for the time being, there’s room at the tasting, and the wines are good, even if the name of the tasting makes your eyes water.
