I believe there’s one solo tasting still available, so if someone has canceled on you for some other afternoon event, my suggestion is retaliation in the form of enjoying a wine tasting. As for the subject line, if you’re the organized sort, you may have already inspected, or even printed, today’s tasting sheet, but I’ve only just now updated the prices, and you’ll be pleased to know that the Graci Etna Rosato, which appears to have been priced at $36, is a mere $24. And that’s before the discount you get for attending the tasting. Anyhow, it’s been updated, I look forward to seeing you on the screen this afternoon, or perhaps in person one evening. I’m the tiniest bit nervous because I’ll be coming to you live today not from the private dining room, as is my wont, but rather from the back of the kitchen, since we begin seating people at 4, and I’m sure our earlier arrivals won’t appreciate my hushing them. Sit back and we’ll talk with a talented cast of characters about four wines from various Mediterranean islands.
