Pinot Party

Hello, Feastlings.

It may not be the easiest varietal to grow, but despite that fact, the diaspora of Pinot continues to spread around the world.  Sure, there’s Burgundy, but you’re apt to see Pinot Noir and its siblings in California and Oregon, in New Zealand and Tasmania, in Argentina and South Africa, as well as throughout France, Germany and northern Italy.

This week, Chris loads you all aboard the Pinot bus, and besides Pinot Noir, you’ll be tasting Pinot Gris and Pinot Meunier as well, from up and down the West Coast and with a ringer from Germany thrown in for good measure.  The fun begins on Saturday, August 22nd, at 2:00 pm, and you can reserve a seat by calling us at (520) 326-9363.  Then show up on the 22nd with $20 plus tax and tip, plus a little extra for whichever of the wines strikes a chord with you.  We hope you’ll join us.
