Dear Feastlings,
If you ask me, the best wine tastings we do are the end-of-the-month tastings with food pairings. And if you ask me, the best end-of-the-month tastings offer a broad spectrum of styles and varietals. And if you ask me, one of the best ways to offer such a spectrum is to showcase an importer we trust. Thus we’ve arrived at an end-of-the-month tasting with importer Gonzalez Byass. An importer of European and South American wines and spirits that began as a family-owned collection of Spanish wineries in 1835, they’re coming up on two hundred years of providing quality beverage to the people of planet Earth.
Our friend Jessica joins us this Saturday at 2:00 pm with wines from Austria, France, Portugal and Italy, and we’ll be at the ready with food pairing for each wine. It’s $55 plus tax and tip to join us, and you’ll get discounts on the wines as well. If you’d like to join us, Resy makes no distinction between diners and wine tasters, so you’ll need to call us at (520) 326-9363 to make your reservation, and we think you’ll be glad you did.
Trust your importer: Gonzalez Byass
