Stateside: wines that beat the tariffs

Dear Feastlings,

So far, it’s nothing too dramatic- a couple of dollars on a bottle, but dollars that could have been put toward another bottle, or anything else, for that matter.  This week, our friend Emilie will be here with four wines that arrived safely in the US before the additional tariffs kicked in, so you can still get them for the prices we offer this weekend, rather than the 115% plus that they’ll cost the next time the importer brings them in.  In fact, if you’re buying a case or more, mix and match, you’ll pay 15% less than the normal retail price.  Emilie will be here on Saturday the 13th at 2:00 pm, and we’ll hope to see you at the tasting while we enjoy what a combination of luck and foresight have brought across the water before prices jumped.

For $18 plus tax and tip, you can sit in on a tasting of four wines from elsewhere without the elsewhere pricing.  Just call us at (520) 326-9363 and we’ll save you a seat.
