Dear Feastlings,
As Valentine’s Day approaches, we’re smitten with the Loire Valley- a broad spectrum of varietals and styles, all clustered along the length of a river that air-conditions the region and plunging their roots into schist and slate, granite and sandstone to imbue the wines with the Loire’s own curious brand of minerality. This week, our buddy Megan joins us with four faves from the region, and for $15 plus tax and tip, you’re welcome to join the fun and learn a bit about some familiar and some obscure wines.
The tasting begins at 2 pm on Saturday, January 28th, and reservations are an excellent plan. Give us a buzz at (520) 326-9363 and we’ll save a seat for you.
You can see the wines, prices and tasting order here.
From the Loire with love
