Dear Feastlings,
Everyone has a go-to: in spite of your love of exploration, there’s that bottle you visit over and over again, whether for your own enjoyment or to share with friends. It’s tasty, it’s reasonably priced, and when you run out, you grab another bottle or two. Until the vintage runs out. That’s when you need to revisit- that version you’ve been drinking all year was delicious, and suddenly- what’s happened? New vintage means new flavor profile. This week, we’ll be offering four of the wines you come back for all the time, but which have rolled into new vintages, so why buy a new bottle of each when you can taste four of them in one go?
By now, you know how this works: you can join us here in person in the private dining room this Saturday, August 27, at 2:00 pm, or you can come collect your samples and taste from home or elsewhere. As usual, $15 will get you tastes and more information than you can shake a stick at.
