Dear Feastlings,
I know- Kevin’s no longer working here, and a dram really refers specifically to whiskey, but occasionally a pun proves irresistible. With temperatures nearly at 110 degrees this week, we thought this Saturday’s tasting should be an offering of summer-friendly wines- a pleasantly saline white from Sicily and a handful of light reds, all of which would do just fine with a little chill on them. Regardless of the excruciating pun, the wines are quite tasty across the board, and we think you’ll be pleased if you only pull them out of the fridge at the last possible moment. We know we will.
There’ll be a tasting here in the private dining room, and one in the various living rooms, kitchens and back porches from whence you choose to join us. Give a call at (520) 326-9363 and we’ll happily pour you a set of samples and log you in for some fun and frolic. The tasting, like our others, is a mere $15 plus tax and tip, and there’s a discount to be had on the wines afterward. We hope you’ll check it out.
THE TASTING BEGINS ON ZOOM AT 2:00 PM ON SATURDAY, July 16. THE ZOOM MEETING NUMBER FOR THE TASTING IS 834 6463 2927 and the passcode is 998106.
