Dear Feastlings,
The wineries from whom we’re tasting wine this Saturday may be fairly closely situated, but as culture and varietals go, they’re miles and miles apart. This Saturday, we’ll be tasting wines that come from the same river valley; it’s just called the Duero in Spain and the Douro in Portugal. We’ll be hopping back and forth from one country to the other throughout the tasting, and enjoying dramatically different styles of wine, all from within a relatively small region. If you’d like to join us, the fun begins at 2:00 pm this Saturday, April 9, and for $15 plus tax and tip, you’ll be treated to a broad cultural expanse and some really tasty wine. Give us a call at (520) 326-9363 and we’ll save you a set of samples- you can join us here in person at Feast, or log in from near or far on Zoom.
THE TASTING BEGINS ON ZOOM AT 2:00 PM ON SATURDAY, APRIL 9. THE ZOOM MEETING NUMBER FOR THE TASTING IS 899 7227 0068, AND THE PASSCODE will be pulished here and emailed out as well by noon on Saturday.
A rio runs through it.
