Dear Feastlings,
There are three of us here at Feast who are responsible in one way or another for the wine program (really, four, as Megan has left her stamp on it despite the fact that she’s moved into the wine distribution world.) We each have our opinions, and invariably one or two of us feel one way about a wine, and the other one or two stands adamantly opposed. Ultimately, we know that everyone has different taste in wine, guests and wine stewards alike, though, and the holdout will acquiesce, knowing that even though it’s not for him or her, it’s assuredly for someone. Every now and again, despite our divergent opinions, there’s a rare Venn diagram moment around here all three people who oversee the wine program are all in complete agreement. This week’s tasting is that very diagram: four wines on which the three of us assuredly agree that you’re getting an excellent value. The tasting begins, both in person and on Zoom, at 2:00 pm this Saturday, February 5, and your set of samples awaits. All you need to do is call 326-9363 and let us know you want in, and bring $15 plus tax and tip. We’ve got you covered.
The tasting begins on zoom at 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 5. The Zoom meeting number for the tasting is 850 8090 8116, and the passcode will be published here and emailed out by noon on Saturday.
You can find the tasting order and the pricing here.
