Chillsville

Dear Feastlings,

Whatever we’ve been taught, a big chunk of it has been wrong: wine isn’t necessarily bad for you, or eggs, but some sunscreen is toxic, and Columbus didn’t discover the New World.  And red wines?  It turns out, it’s okay to chill them.  And in fact, some of those light reds are quite good when they’re just out of the refrigerator.  Really good.  This Saturday, we’ll be giving you a reason to clear some of those white wines out of your fridge to make room for the occasional red.  The tasting is on Zoom this Saturday, June 26, at 2:00 pm, and your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to keep the wines in your fridge until the last possible moment.  The tasting is $15 plus tax and tip, and we’ll happily pour you some samples if you give us a call at 326-9363.  Thanks!

The tasting begins on zoom at 2:00 pm on Saturday, june 26.  The Zoom meeting number for the tasting is 824 6003 9844, and the passcode is 881769.
