The west coast trip we didn’t take

Hello, Feastlings.

By now, we imagine everyone is stir crazy enough that a road trip up the West Coast sounds more than a little tempting.  Clearly, though, the world is in no condition for us to undertake such an adventure just now.  The plan?  Well, since nearly everything else we do right now is taking place in a virtual format, we’d take this trip vicariously as well, though we have one advantage: there’ll be wine.  This Saturday, Kevin will chat his chat about four wines on the coast- two from California and two from Oregon- with an emphasis on summery goodness.  Two clean, fresh whites and two light and easy reds.  With any luck we’re past our difficulties with having enough jars (yes, we know they still leak a little, but these are difficult times) and you can pick up your samples on Thursday, Friday or Saturday in time for the 2:00 zoom tasting.  A meeting number will be posted here, followed soon after by a password.  Call us at 326-9363 on Thursday or thereafter and it’s a mere $12.50 plus tax and tip, $10 if you’ve returned a set of jars.  We hope to see you there.

The zoom meeting number for the tasting is 964-8780-6100.  The password is 296586.
