Hello, Feastlings.
While it’s most likely that Sauvignon Blanc originated in Bordeaux, there’s no arguing that the limestone soil of the Loire Valley allows the grape to strut its proverbial stuff. This Saturday, come see what we’re talking about when you taste four refreshing Sauvignon Blancs, each from a different sub-appellation within the Loire. The tasting is, like most of our others, only $12.50 plus tax and tip, and a reservation is a necessity. Web and email reservations won’t guarantee you a seat, however, so if you’d like to join us, we suggest you give us a ring at 326-9363. The tasting begins at 2:00 on Saturday, February 22.
