Mark my words, Feastlings.
One day I’ll be organized enough to offer a whole menu of traditional Fat Tuesday dishes from far-reaching places, but until that day, around here we mark Mardi Gras with one dinner special and one only: crawfish étouffée.
That said, we’ll be offering it from open to close, and since last year we nearly ran out, we’re prepping heavy this year and you may even be able to get your hands on some come Ash Wednesday. Depending on where you stand on the whole asceticism and austerity thing. Just letting you know is all. Happy Lent, everyone.
