Hi, Feastlings.
People seem to feel one way or another about a big oaky Chardonnay- some live for it, others dread it- but the fact of the matter is, oak is not an all-or-nothing proposition. This Saturday at 2:00, you can taste four Chardonnays from four different places, and each of them with a slightly different oak treatment. See how correct you were in your previous assumption about how you felt about oak in general, and maybe use this Saturday as an opportunity to discover a more nuanced understanding of what you like- or don’t- about oak in your wine. The tasting is $10 plus tax and tip, and you’ll need to make a reservation, but once again we remind you that web and email reservations won’t save you a seat, so you’ll need to call us at 326-9363. We hope you’ll join us.
