Hi, Feastlings.
We all know it: Italian whites are different from French whites are different domestic whites. And while we can’t generalize too much, it’s a good bet that domestic whites will be plump and fruit-driven, and that French whites will put that fruit in the back seat while terroir and a certain amount of austerity sit up front. But the four Italian whites we’re opening up this Saturday, August 25, are a delicious blend of opulent fruit and Old World terroir- a compromise in style without a compromise in quality. The tasting begins at 2:00 pm and costs a mere $10 plus tax and tip, but reservations are a must, and web and email reservations won’t hold you a seat, so if you plan on joining us, you’ll want to give us a call at 326-9363 to make a reservation.
