Hi, Feastlings.
While last week’s tasting was delightful, it was ultimately all red wine, with which there is nothing wrong. However, for some of us, red wine with beef isn’t our go-to when it’s 105 degrees out. With that in mind, here’s a reminder that everything we throw on the grill isn’t exactly red wine-friendly. This Saturday, Kevin pulls out four more BBQ-friendly wines, none of which is red. They’re still delicious, and they still go with summer fare, but these will need a spot in the fridge before you have your friends over. The tasting is Saturday, June 3, at 2:00 pm, and like our other tastings, it’s $10 plus tax and tip. Reservations can be made by calling 326-9363, since web and email reservations won’t hold a spot for you. You’ll be pleased to be reminded that Feast is, in fact, air conditioned.
Throw another shrimp on the barbie! BBQ whites.
