You know the feeling: you’re on vacation, whether it’s just a jaunt to San Diego to get out of the heat, or a carefully planned trip to a Tuscan farmhouse, and you taste that local food or drink that makes you pause for a moment and realize that it’s all come together so beautifully. This week, Kevin opens four wines that, wherever they hail from, are what the locals are drinking. It’s our customary $10 tasting (plus tax and tip) with one anomalous detail: This week’s tasting is at 2:30 rather than 2:00! We have a private event beforehand and didn’t want to shoo them out, and didn’t want you frustrated and tapping your feet while you looked at your watches.
