This week’s wine tasting is jam-packed with Chardonnays, which are in turn jam-packed themselves- with oak and butter. Just as political correctness has its backlash, so, too, does the backlash against butter and oak suffer its own resultant reprisal. So while we have nothing against Rajat Parr (and in fact carry his wines,) we also recognize that people simply like what they like, and no judgement should be made about them for it. This week, Kevin trots out the big, lush Chardonnays that wine geeks love to judge, but say what you will, they’re beautifully put together. If you’d like to join us for the tasting, it’s Saturday, August 29 at 2:00 pm. Reservations can be had by calling us at 326-9363; web and email reservations won’t hold you a spot. We hope you can join us.
