Practicing for Ferragosto

Dear Feastlings,

Bastille Day is in the rearview mirror at this point, but Ferragosto is now only a few weeks away.  On August 15th, we’ll have a full menu of Italian specialties, and all of our Italian wines will be available to you to enjoy with dinner at merely retail price, a savings of $15 on your garden-variety 750 ml bottle.

We thought we’d start limbering up our Italian wine-tasting muscles this Saturday, July 25th, with our friend Emily, and for $55 plus tax and tip, you can taste along with hefty pours of Italian wines and snacks composed specifically to pair with each of them.  The tasting begins at 2:00 pm on Saturday, and you’re sure to find something worth considering on upon your return on August 15th, or just cellaring for future meals of lasagne, risotto, or what-have-you.

To reserve yourself a seat, all you need to do is ring us up at (520) 326-9363 and give us your name and the number in your party, and we’ll start cooking up scallops and tuna and rabbit and mushrooms for you, among other things.  Let us know you’d like to join us.
