Dear Feastlings,
Sure, we’re already into the third night of Hanukkah, and Christmas is tomorrow, but we’ve still got New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day coming. And while we don’t do the whole noisemakers-at-midnight thing here, we did go ahead and create a special menu for you to enjoy before you head off to your New Year’s Eve party, or to just bang on pots and pans at home, or be woken up by the neighbor kids’ fireworks. There’s a prix fixe menu with (or without) wine pairings, and some selections from the regular menu, and everything is available a la carte as well for those who want to be in peak form when the clock strikes midnight. I’ll warn you now, though:
1) we close in between lunch and dinner on the 31st, so we can set up the kitchen for the special menu; and
2) we fill up, so the sooner the better for making reservations.
Here’s the menu.
And while we’re on the subject, we’re filling up tonight as well, and closing early (last seating is at 8:00 pm tonight,) so do yourself the kindness of not coming in tonight without having called ahead to make sure we have space available for you and yours.
One place that I know there’s still room is at this Saturday’s wine tasting, an interruption of all that rich and hearty holiday thing to celebrate with something clean and crisp: Sauvignon Blanc. It’s only $12.50 plus tax and tip to attend, and web and email reservations won’t save you a seat, so call us at 326-9363 to make your reservation. Here’s what we’ll be tasting.
Here’s a wish for all of you, no matter what you celebrate, or whether you celebrate at all: best wishes from every last one of us at Feast for whatever cheer you can get your hands on this holiday season, and for a 2020 that beats the pants off your 2019. Happy Everything to you.
Love,
The people of Feast
