In preparation for stuffing our guests with beautiful food, we’re stuffing our walls with beautiful insulation. Oh, how cozy we’ll all be- toasty warm in the winter and cool in the summer, except for the part where we have four ovens, a steamer, a fryer, two char-broilers, two griddles, eighteen burners and the heat from eight compressors on refrigerators and an ice machine. Other than that, though, we’ll be cool in the summer.
