Hello, Feastlings,
With the past two wine dinners hailing from California and Oregon, we thought it time to bring in someone from the Old World for this month’s wine dinner. Enter Giovanni Triscornia of Ethica Imports. Giovanni will be here from the faraway land of Phoenix, or, if you go back seven years or so, Verona. Giovanni brings with him the wines of his homeland (Verona, not Phoenix) on Tuesday, April 14th, and we’ve got dinner all figured out to go with the wines.
