Copia wine dinner with Varinder and Anita Sahi

Hello, Feastlings.

Many of you know that Cynthia has spent the last decade and change kicking around Paso Robles, so it only makes sense that her buddies hail from there as well.  On Wednesday, February 25th, a couple of them, the proprietors of Copia winery, one of whom is the winemaker, will be in town with their sales director, and the three of them will make an appearance here at Feast.  To celebrate the occasion, we thought we’d make an entire menu and offer up a dinner with these supple, delicious wines.  If it’s of interest to you, the wines will be flowing and we’ll be offering a dinner with each course paired to one of their unabashedly-Paso -Robles-in-style wines, a pink, a white and three reds.

As per usual, Resy doesn’t distinguish between our special events and regular dining, so the only way to assure yourself of a reservation is to call us at (520) 326-9363 and let us know you’d like to come.  It promises to be a decadent affair.
