Hello, Feastlings.
When one of our wine reps brought us Merlot from Le Due Terre, Megan and I tasted the wine and stopped in our tracks. One eyebrow went up. Then another. Then two more- we have four eyebrows between us. That was last year. When this year we tasted the Sacrisassi red and white, and the Pinot Nero, we bought every bottle left in the state of Arizona. Now that Christian Troy of Indie Wineries, who imports these wines, is coming to town, we thought it would be an ideal time to share them with you. The tasting will follow our new format- larger pours, smaller plates and lower prices- to allow you the chance to taste these remarkable wines without feeling like a beached manatee after dinner. As with all of our wine events, web and email reservations won’t hold you a seat, so please call us at 326-9363 if you’d like to come. Details are listed below, and it promises to be a great event.
