Hello, Feastlings.
Occasionally, we get the opportunity to put together a dinner with exceptional wines, and occasionally we get the opportunity do so with a knowledgeable sort. And once in a while, we get to do one where the wines are exceptional values. And sometimes, all three qualities intersect in one dinner. We’re privileged to have Paolo Bressan come join us on Wednesday, January 17, with a passel of noteworthy Italian wines. Reservations are a must, and web and email reservations won’t do the trick, so if you’re interested in joining us once you’ve got the holidays in your rear-view mirror, we’d encourage you to make a phone call to 326-9363, and we’ll save you a seat. The wines are all brought to us from Ethica Wines, an importer whose commitment to history, terroir and native varietals are the warp and woof of their importership. You’ll love Paolo, you’ll love the wines, and with any luck you’ll love the dinner as well. Here’s the menu:
