Hello, Feastlings.
We at Feast have long prided ourselves on finding food and drink for you that’s off the beaten path. Obscure microbrews, small production wines- we like to offer things to you that you won’t find elsewhere. But we have to remind ourselves now and again that smaller isn’t inherently better than bigger every time. Some larger producers have the integrity and talent to make beverages that are worth raising an eyebrow over.
When Daniel came to me with the idea of a beer dinner, I must admit I was skeptical. Then he brought be a box of beers to try. It was an excellent reminder that not all empires are evil ones, and the Boston Brewing Company proved to me in spades that they know what they’re doing in the brewery. I actually had to pare this menu down by three courses just to make it a reasonably sized dinner. I hope you can join us for this.
