Sonoma Coast Vineyards Dinner with founder and owner John Drady

Sonoma Coast Vineyards founder and owner John Drady will be with us on Wednesday, November 17th, with his wines in tow.  We’re excited enough that we’re making a special dinner to accompany the wines.  Dinner will be served on the 17th at 6:30 pm.  If you’d like to join us, give us a call at 326-9363 to hold your spot.  The dinner will be $65 plus tax and gratuity, and the menu looks like this:

Terrine of New Bedford sea scallops with papaya gelée and thyme cream

2007 Sonoma Coast Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc, Sonoma Coast

Pan-roasted Hawaiian snapper, served over lemon spoon bread with cave-aged Gruyére and sautéed Swiss chard

2007 Sonoma Coast Vineyards Chardonnay, Sonoma Coast

Whiskey-brined duck with yerba maté reduction, dried cherry-studded scalloped potatoes and grilled leeks

2004 Sonoma Coast Vineyards Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast

Sunnyside-up lamb tenderloin, served with a Napoleon of fried parsnips and cocoa-espresso mascarpone and maraschino-glazed roast baby carrots
