For nine years, Feast has had the tragic dish station setup of a bunch of plastic shelving units that were left behind from when the restaurant was called La Fonda. La Fonda had delicious food, but an unfortunate concept of restaurant logistics. I remember eating there once as a party of four, none of whom received an entree at the same time. I think there may never have been more than a plate and a half of food on the table at once. Still, the food was good and my odds were better the day I went to have lunch there by myself and discovered a sign in the window that ultimately led to Feast’s original home. Anyhow, after nine years, our dishers will have the beautiful station they so richly deserve.
