We started moving the rest of our equipment in yesterday, and somehow, those acres of kitchen space no longer appear to be acres. It’s going to be a pretty snug fit in some areas, but it’s starting to feel like a restaurant in here. On today’s list: the dish table, dishwasher, the last of the flooring for the wine room, the shelving in the wine room, plumbing in the bar, soda gun, ice maker and dishwashing areas, finishing the bar tops, receiving the upholstery, dragging the chairs and table bases out of storage, putting on the table tops, installing the point of sale system and computers. Other than that, there won’t be much going on today.
